漢字で書くと「軍足」となります。
TEMBEAの冬の定番として展開されている『GUNTE』という、もともと軍手を編むために使われていた機械を利用して作られた手袋のシリーズから派生した靴下がGUNSOKUです。

特徴的なのが、足先からふくらはぎに向かって編まれているため、世のほぼ全ての靴下にはあるつま先部分の継ぎ目がないシームレスなデザイン。
そのため継ぎ目が指に干渉するストレスや、シューズを履いた時の窮屈さがなく快適な履き心地です。

程よい厚みで革靴にも合わせやすく、コットン80%にナイロン15％、ポリエステル4%とポリウレタン1%という、コットンの質感はしっかりと残しながら丈夫さとストレッチ性が両立された混率も、日々のソックスとしてちょうど良い作品です。
