夏から秋にかけての暑い時期に1枚でもラフに着られる新作としてビックサイズTシャツ
一見ヴィンテージのようにも見える生地は、異なる2種類の綿糸を混ぜることで意図的にムラを作り出し、生地の表面に凹凸感や自然な表情を残しながら度詰めで編まれた天竺生地。

これまでのTシャツにはポケットはなかったものの、デザインのバランスを取るために胸ポケットが配置されています。

その他は定番のTシャツと同じく、バインダーネック、そしてシングルステッチを採用しています。
バインダーネックとは襟の部分をリブに切り替えず、生地を包み込むように折り込んで始末することで伸びやほつれを防ぎ、強度を高める方法です。
これによって首もとがヨレてしまうことがなくなるため、僕自身もこのTシャツを作り始めた7年前からいまだに着ているほど長持ちにすることができました。

シングルステッチはヴィンテージTシャツの見分け方にも使われる裾の縫製方法。表面に縫い目が1本しかないため見た目にも美しく、かつ丈夫にほつれにくいよう仕上げられています。
これは90年代以前には主流だったものの、今はより簡単な方法に置きかわった、失われつつある技術。
ItheではベースとなったヴィンテージTシャツを再現するためにこの仕様を現代であえて用いることで過去の技術への敬意を表現しています。
