白青 | Shiro Ao の Standard Series 01から、ボウル（鉢）のSサイズ。

鉢は使い勝手のイメージがしやすく、シーンを問わず食卓にお選びいただける白青の中でもご好評いただいている形です。

丸みのある縁(玉縁)があることで持ち上げやすく、重ねやすいため収納もしやすいようデザインされました。
印象的な深みのある藍色は、”呉須”というコバルトを主成分とした顔料によるもので、釉薬をかけて焼くことで化学反応を起こし発色します。

この藍色が落ち着いた印象を与え、料理も和洋どちらも問わず引き立て、世代も選ばないスタンダードな一皿となりました。

白青は、愛媛県砥部町で採れる良質な陶石「伊予砥」と、伊予砥を原料として
240年受け継がれてきた「砥部焼」の、産業としての可能性を探るプロジェクトです。
「砥部焼」として長い時間をかけて受け継がれてきた伝統をもとに、今の暮らしに馴染む、
日常使いの器として提案するスタンダードシリーズ。『白青』のディレクションの元、
複数の窯元が製作を行っています。「くらわんか碗」に象徴されるStandard Series 01は、
現在製造されている砥部焼を代表する形や色を基準としつつ、今の暮らしに馴むようにデザインされています。
